You cannot find a more reassuring statement in the Bible than God’s guidance of his children – his followers.  In this uncertain age, when none of us knows what will happen in the next sixty seconds, we are put at ease knowing that our God is the same yesterday, today, forever!  He knows the future as fully as He knows the past.  He knows the plans He has for us, and every twist and turn has been anticipated. Do you ever feel like the world is shifting and swirling so fast that it is different from one day to the next? It is simply a fact that we live in an age when everything seems to be changing before our eyes. We have also seen changes in moral values, politics and the list goes on and on.  It would be easy to despair and become overwhelmed and stressed.  Instead, I suggest there is a way to discover and follow God’s plan for you.  Ask the Lord to lead you.  Ask Him to have His way in your decisions and the direction of your life.  In your prayers, ask God for His leadership and guidance.  He will speak to your heart if you quiet your voice and listen for Him.
